MONSTER MASH!

The time has come to reveal the theme of this year's Halloween extravaganza, blogger fans.
Monster Mash!
Note the maker in the picture with the Monsters, a man amongst the ghouls! We had our costume party on Saturday night! Food, friends, ghouls, and Ohio State football! What else could we want! (A win for OSU would have been nice, but was not to be! We will endeavor to persevere!) We had some glamorous and glorious, scary and spooky, pirates and pumpkin costumes in attendance! We had some newcomers this year, as well as our resident alien (a la Orsen Wells' War of the World) from Grover's Mills, NJ napping in our guestroom. As always the food and the company were great! The World Series finished off the night, or rather the early morn! A good time was had by all!

Sunday, we used our VIP tickets to attend the play-off bound Columbus Crew soccer match. It was fun to watch Dennis and his hooligan friends' antics during the game. We had a great time cheering the home team to victory and are looking forward to the play-off game here in Columbus, November 8th. This week I sign up to sub. As always, it will be an adventure. I am trying to remember that the joy of the journey is in the ride!
